Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Heathrow Airport, London (Hybrid – 4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team based near Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport.

This rewarding role allows you to make a genuine impact on employee wellbeing while enjoying a balanced work pattern of four on-site days and one remote day per week. You’ll work in a collaborative and professional environment that values quality care and proactive health management. Free parking and a dedicated staff bus are also available for easy commuting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage occupational health cases, including absence, fitness-for-work, and advisory referrals

  • Deliver professional, evidence-based reports and guidance on workplace health issues

  • Collaborate with OH Technicians and other clinicians as part of a cohesive, supportive team

About You:

  • Registered Nurse (Part 1) with active NMC registration

  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma) or currently working towards it

  • Excellent communication, report writing, and organisational skills
